IECEP Rizal Chapter officially launches APEX.

The IECEP Rizal Chapter officially launches APEX: Advancing Professionals in Electronics Engineering through Mentoring and Experience.

Our main goal is to guide you throughout your journey towards PECE, ASEAN, ACPE, and APEC through collaboration based on our consolidated experience.

The IECEP Rizal Chapter has officially launched project APEX: Advancing Professionals in Electronics Engineering Through Mentoring and Experience. Project APEX is a comprehensive project aimed at assisting professionals in the field of Electronics Engineering in upgrading their licenses to achieve greater career growth.

By offering tailored support and resources, Project APEX seeks to empower professionals, especially IECEP Rizalians, in obtaining the necessary licenses upgrade to stay ahead in Electronics Engineering field.


IECEP Rizal Chapter officers attended the 73rd. IECEP Mid-year Convention.
June 2023 ● Costa Palawan Resort

The 73rd IECEP Mid-year Convention was held at Costa Palawan Resort last June 1-2, 2023.

Three of the IECEP Rizal Chapter officers have participated in the said event.

Engr. Beatrice Peralta, the IECEP Rizal Vice Governor for Internal Affairs, was the chair of IECEP Ambassadors Committee and one of the hosts for the 2-day technical sessions.

Engr. Juan Miguel Villarroel, the IECEP Rizal Vice Governor for Education, was part of the IECEP Ambassadors Committee and one of the moderators in the Academe Industry round table discussion organized by the IECEP Education and Student Affairs Committee.

Engr. Herbert Villaruel, the IECEP Rizal Trustee for Publications and Portal, was also part of the IECEP Ambassadors Committee as Technical Head and the representative of IECEP Rizal in behalf Gov. RJ Licup for the Governors Forum.

National Electronics and Telecommunications Week
May 2023 ● National Electronics and Telecommunications Week

In line with the celebration of National Electronics and Telecommunications Week, the IECEP Rizal Chapter highlights one of the speakership engagement of Engr. Barral in which he shared his expertise to the ECE students of URS-Morong.

The said seminar is entitled "Electrifying Change: Embracing the Future Electronics Permitting". This aims to give insights why Electronics permits or similar certifications in different local, national, and even organizational projects are required.

In line with the 𝑬𝑪𝑬 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉, 𝑰𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑷 𝑹𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑷 𝑹𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓. The IECEP Rizal Chapter believes that excellence is not only about individual achievement but also about contributing to the advancement of knowledge in our field. This can be achieved through sharing knowledge with the aspiring Electronics Engineers.

This is a good opportunity to strengthen the foundational knowledge of ECE students in Mathematics, General Engineering and Applied Sciences, Electronics Engineering, and Electronic Systems and Technologies.

Academic Enhancement Series for incoming 4th. Year BS ECE Students

Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC) has recently conducted a 4-week (June 10, 17, 24, and July 1 2023) academic enhancement program for incoming 4th Year BS Electronics Engineering. This program aimed to prepare their students for ECE board exam as pioneering batch. By uniting the professional organization (IECEP Rizal Chapter) and academia (MPC), the program empowered students with board-exam knowledge and establishing a good foundation for Engineering Mathematics, General Engineering and Applied Sciences, Electronics Engineering, and Electronic Systems and Technologies. Through this collaborative effort, this program set a benchmark for academic excellence in the field of Electronics Engineering, preparing students to become board exam-ready graduates and future engineers for the nation.

Tree Planting Activity at Gabriel's Sanctuary
July 2023 ● Antipolo, Rizal

The IECEP Rizal Chapter was one of the major partners of UE Alpha Sigma in the recently concluded Tree Planting Activity at Gabriel's Sanctuary in Antipolo, Rizal.

Tree planting as a CSR activity this month of July aligns the IECEP Rizal Chapter with sustainable practices, demonstrates commitment to environmental stewardship, and positively impacts both the environment and the communities we operate in.

The said event was spearheaded by our Trustee for CSR - Engr. Neil Efren Villanueva, Treasurer - Engr. Genesis Vitalicio, and Trustee for Publications and Portal - Engr. Herbert Villaruel.

This initiative promotes teamwork, boost morale, and enhance the IECEP Rizal Chapter's reputation as a responsible organization.

The IECEP Rizal Chapter represented by Engr. Neil Efren Villanueva (Trustee for CSR) gave donations for the kids with special needs at Cainta Elementary School last June 2, 2023. This activity fosters a sense of inclusivity and support within the community, highlighting the importance of caring for and uplifting children with special needs.

The IECEP Rizal Chapter in partnership with Kiwanis Club of Rizal Jewels conducted a feeding program last 9th of July 2023 for the kids in Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal.

Feeding program as one of the IECEP Rizal Chapter's CSR activities this month of July aligns with the vision in addressing malnutrition, promoting health and well-being, and fostering community engagement.

The said event was spearheaded by our Governor - Dr. RJ Licup, Trustee for CSR - Engr. Neil Efren Villanueva, and Treasurer - Engr. Genesis Vitalicio.

March 2023 ● Taytay Fire Station and Cainta Karangalan Fire Substation

The month of March was declared as Fire Prevention Month by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 115-A. In line with this, the IECEP Rizal Chapter donated fire hose in two fire stations within Rizal.

Engr. Neil Efren Villanueva, 2023 IECEP Rizal Trustee for CSR, spearheaded the visitation of fire stations in Rizal. He identified Taytay Fire Station (BFP-Rizal, R4A, located at Brgy. Dolores) and Cainta Karangalan Fire Substation (BFP-Cainta Fire Station).

This initiative does not only help these fire substations, but this will be of great help to the entire Rizal community to ensure long-term safety against fire.
